This position requires US citizenship or a Green Card and can be either immediate full-time permanent or a contract only scenario . It will require a max. of 50% travel within the US. and can potentially be based in any US city.
Position Summary
Our client is looking for a talented individual who is excited about learning new technologies, is detail oriented and thrives on working directly with businesses to help them become more efficient and effective in the areas of Sales, Marketing and Customer service to join our growing team of CRM consultants. The individual should have a strong business analytical background who also has a solid foundation in programming concepts. Above all we are looking for a talented individual who has the enthusiasm, desire ambition and capability to quickly learn and adapt to the challenges that may arise.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Duties – Analyze business requirements. Implement and configure Dynamics CRM modules. Train users. Help with data migration. Assist with integration and interfaces. Assist with modifications. Support go-live operations. Create reports. Post-implementation support.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred
Skills Required
Qualifications Technical
- Experience in implementing or supporting workflow-based systems;
- 3+ years work experience in a business analysis or consulting role working directly with customers;
- Strong self-learning ability;
- Working experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or one of the other competing systems (Siebel, SalesLogix, SalesForce, Onyx, ACCPAC CRM, SAGE CRM, background);
- Ability to develop design specifications;
- Database skills (preferably SQL Server or Oracle) and SRS SQL Reporting Services
- knowledge of Web Services architecture
- Experience with object oriented languages (preferably ASP.Net and/or Java)
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree
- Previous consulting experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP a big plus
- Experience with SharePoint
