Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide in-depth guidance to 3 Account Executives (AEs) to ensure they are successfully able to meet quotas
  • Develop AEs over a 6-12 month period so they are able to successfully meet quotas on their own
  • Travel with AEs for prospect/customer meetings to help secure business and develop AEs
  • Review AEs written correspondence to ensure it meets standards and objectives
  • Utilize SalesForce to oversee team activity and ensure proper use of system
  • Recommend additional training to further expedite team development
  • Meet or exceed overall team quota commitments

Education and Experience

  • 5+ years enterprise sales experience
  • 3+ years working with sales team members, directly or indirectly, in a development capacity
  • Awareness of varying personality types and the ability to effectively connect and communicate with each

Skills Required

  • Ability to develop sales team members
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Understanding of how ERP systems are utilized in an enterprise
  • Ability to travel as required – approximately 50%
